You don't want a newsletter

Don't hire me because you want to send colorful emails or set up a bunch of automations in your CRM. Do it because you want to sell in a more sophisticated way than dropping your prices.

(And yes, I do write newsletters)

A newsletter should be as easy to read... as it is to sell

Forget the jargon and the latest buzzword.

What you want is for your audience to read you EVERY DAY (without depending on algorithms), to buy from you and keep growing.

What I want is for you to tell me what you want to achieve; choosing the best way to get there is part of what you're hiring me for.

The two things I do...

1. Consulting/Audit: $1,600 USD

This is about one very specific, particular moment — when someone is right on the verge of buying… and doesn't.

Your potential customer has your product in front of them: they look at it, they lean in, they pull back. They read it again. They think, they rethink, they ask you a strange question, or worse, they ask themselves and you never even find out.

That's exactly where most people lose sales: in the moment of decision — a moment we all know how it ends (they buy, or they don't), but almost nobody tells you when it begins.

But above all, it's that other moment — when you have people who love you, who like what you do, who'd buy even more from you. And then one day, after some algorithm shift in the digital pachamama, they forget you.

A disaster for most. A huge opportunity for a few.

1. I'll design the right message.

2. We'll design the ideal product.

3. We'll use bonuses in a way that makes every offer irresistible. Nobody knows how to do this well. Nobody.

Good to know:

  • Payment is due upfront, on confirmation
  • I won't use PowerPoint.
  • I won't register as a vendor, sit through HR interviews, or anything of the sort. If there's bureaucracy involved, I won't do it.

2. Daily Newsletter: $1000 USD/month + 1-5% of sales

The only way to access the daily newsletter service is by completing the audit first.

Every day, every fucking day, I'll write an email for you to your people. And those emails will be so damn good they'll sell. Not just sell — they'll adore you for it. And your competitors will think 'how does this guy do it.' There'll also be a few pussies who get offended (though they'll buy from you without telling anyone). And on top of that, that community will be YOURS — not YouTube's, not Skool's, not anyone else's.

ONE MORE THING

Oh yeah. Oh mama. Oh yeah. Oh mama.

I'm excited. I'd tell you I'm calm, but I'm getting close to too excited.

The reason is, as I write these lines, I'm thinking about the people who'll read them. Some will show up to the call, many others WON'T.

Of those who show up, I'll work with some. With many others, I WON'T.

But a few of you? You're going to lose your minds.

ONE LAST THING

I don't work with infoproduct creators who:

  • Talk about how to build marketing agencies
  • Talk about how to build AI agencies
  • Talk about selling $300 AI-made websites to boomers
  • Day traders with Lambos in their thumbnails

My business is about selling more to the people who already know you and already appreciate you, and bringing in more people who'll appreciate you too.

If your business is built on constantly chasing new customers while burning through the old ones, I CAN'T HELP YOU.

Seriously, this isn't a marketing tactic. If I've called you and you're in one of the groups above, decline the call. I just don't have time to research everyone as thoroughly as I'd like to.

Happy stick figure
"We've been sending daily emails to my wonderful audience for three months. We've designed products they love and they keep asking for more and more! I thought about forwarding you some of the messages they send me so you could see I'm not making this up, but it would have crushed your inbox."
Angry stick figure
"I'm angry 'cause you didn't consider launching my flux capacitor by email in a one-contact-per-month sequence"*

* If you don't understand this complaint, don't worry, neither do I. The flux capacitor only exists in Back to the Future.

FAQ

But is the daily newsletter the only service you offer? Writing that many messages feels really aggressive to me... isn't there another way?

Look. The most effective way to sell is over the phone. The second most effective is showing up every single damn day. If you're here because I gave you a call, you'll admit I'm a consistent guy.

Because I'm consistent, I can't sell you a different service.

If you think it won't work for your case, I'm not going to try to convince you. Convincing grown adults is exhausting. There's an endless supply of customers (for me) and vendors (for you).

I still don't get what we'll actually do in the consulting.

Alright, let me spell it out. In the consulting, I make sure that what we're going to sell afterward actually makes sense. We define the products, the copy, and the bonuses. We figure out how we're going to build your private community (remember, if your community lives on YouTube, it's YouTube's community) and how we'll turn it into your own asset. That way, I make sure we'll make bank afterward.

How long does the consulting take?

It takes as long as it needs to. To give you an idea: the longest one I ever did took 5 weeks.

Does the service you offer work for my case?

No.

It's not for you if you think your community is different, your sector is unique, your thing is very specific, and your product is very niche.

Also not if you say things like your customers are very young/old, male/female, or dogs/cats. That your community only cares about price, or that your competitors use dishonest tactics you can't do anything about. If you say this doesn't fit your personality, that nobody in your sector sells this way, or "that's just who I am" (that last one really cracks me up).

If you say any of these things, I'm not going to try to convince you otherwise, and you shouldn't hire me, because it'll end badly for both of us.

Being Spanish, how do I know you'll write my emails well in English?

Magic. It'll be magic.

I'd like to pay in 30/60/90 days

No.

What's your open rate? / Tell me your metrics

I don't look at my metrics. If revenue is growing, there's no need to.

I hired a consultancy, you recommended doing A-B-C, I had thought about doing A-B-C, what do you think if I do A-B-C?

I understand you need a push, so here it is: That's the way to do it, go get them!

I hired a consultancy, you recommended A-B-C, what do you think if I do X-Y-Z instead?

What does 'empecinamiento' mean?

Stubbornness — the willingness to keep doing the boring, repetitive thing (like emailing your community daily) long after everyone else has given up and moved on to the next shiny tactic. That's how we'll make bank.
